2424 Studios

2424 Studios is an 85,000 square foot facility in Fishtown, Philadelphia, that serves as home to about 85 commercial occupants. 

 

Tenancy is diverse in both size and use and range from climbing gym, diner, medical offices and daycare facility to the majority of spaces that range from 120 to 1,300 SF;  these are occupied by similarly varied tenants representing both the “creative class” and more traditional office users.
