Space is very tight on this forty year old campus and this project involved converting an existing laboratory floor into a theater, practice spaces, and classrooms. The building, itself, offered acoustical, structural, and mechanical challenges that were surmounted and resulted in a project that was completed on time and on budget with fewer than two percent in change-orders.
